Abstract

The paper deals with the development of a web-based virtual environment that can effectively display 3D models in the form of teaching assistance. AR and 3D virtual environments working directly inside the web browser were used to display virtual objects. Since augmented reality is not implemented within the modern curricula for teaching purposes, our proposed approach to virtual environments complements this missing component and helps educate students in a more interactive way.
