Abstract
Ensuring the quality of manufactured products is the main task of the manufacturer. In order to prevent installation of a low-quality ECU in a car, it is necessary to carry out testing at every stage of production, including at the end of the production line. This article discusses development features of a modular automated test system for end-of-line (EOL) testing of automotive electronic control units (ECUs). Requirements for the test system in a high ECU production rate environment and further directions of development are determined.
