The population was mathematics teachers who joined training held by Religious Training Center in four regions: Bandung, Semarang, Jakarta, and Surabaya. The research sample consisted of 85 participants. The independent variable of the research is the relevance of Substantive Education and Training for Mathematics Teachers, and mathematical creative thinking ability as the dependent. Mathematical creative thinking ability is viewed from the teacher levels. To measure the relevance, the method uses multiple linear regression tests after taken classical assumption test. Abstract

数学教师对数学创造性思维能力的实质性技术阐述
本文旨在阐述实施数学教师实质性教育与培训与提高伊斯兰小学、初中和高中教师数学创造性思维能力的相关性。人口是参加宗教培训中心在万隆、三宝垄、雅加达、泗水等4个地区举办的培训的数学教师。研究样本包括85名参与者。研究的自变量是数学教师实质性教育与培训的相关性,因变量是数学创造性思维能力。数学创造性思维能力是从教师层面来考察的。为了衡量相关性,该方法在进行经典假设检验后,采用多元线性回归检验。结果显示F_countF_table= 39,312 3,10,因此H0被拒绝,这意味着实施数学教师实质性教育与培训与参与的所有小学、初中、高中伊斯兰教师的数学创造性思维能力的提高有显著的相关性。关键词:相关性;教育和培训;数学创造性思维能力
