Realizing this fact, it is emphasized that theoretically HRM has a strong influence on the aspect of Work Life Balance (WLB) of employees, especially in the public sector. In order to prove this claim, a study was conducted which contributed to the production of a paper. In the meantime, the paper produced based on the study discusses the theoretical relationship between Human Resource Management (HRM) and Work Life Balance (WLB) through information obtained through the application of a qualitative approach. The study leading to the production of this paper found that HRM and WLB have a significant correlation. Abstract
In this modern era, organizations need to create a Human Resource Management (HRM) system that aims to support the development of employee competencies in addition to enabling the implementation of the organization's strategy to be carried out effectively.
