In addition, employees have synergy and energy added. With the strengthening of the employees, the concept of team spirit will be strengthened. Achievement motive; being successful is defined as the need to achieve its goal or even be superior. Ethical leadership is defined as taking balanced decisions, being honest, acting according to the principles, leadership approach based on attention to business. This research was carried out to reveal the dıfferences of demografıcs ın health employees empowerment, achıevement motıve and ethıcs leadershıp. The foundation of this research is formed by the healthcare employees working at the Selcuk Selcuk of Hospital. It has been paid attention to choosing the samples that consist of the numbers of questions that are around five and ten. The work was done by using the simple and random methods in the stage of applying the samples and getting legal permission. The research has been in the forms of demographic survey question forms, employee empowerment measures, achievement motivation measures and ethical leadership measures. 290 participants participated in this study. The participants consist of 110 female and 180 male health personnel. According to the gender variable of participants, no significant difference was found between the strengthening of health workers, achievement motivation and ethical leadership scale. Significant differences were found on the scales according to the age variable. It has been seen that ethical leadership perception increases as age progresses. According to the marital status variable, a significant difference was found between staff empowerment, achievement motivation and ethical leadership.
