Abstract

This paper highlights the case studies of steel plant and municipal corporation taking into consideration the power quality improvements. The main reason we are interested in power quality is economic value. The increasing application of electronic equipment and distributed generation has heightened the interest in power quality in recent years and this has been accompanied by special development of special terminology to describe the phenomena.
