Abstract

口腔卫生专业大学生职业倦怠的影响因素

目的:本研究旨在通过研究口腔卫生专业学生的专业满意度、积极心理资本和临床实习压力对学校生活倦怠的影响，找出降低学校生活倦怠的因素，并提出提高学生学校生活满意度的方法。方法:于2022年8月1日至30日，在忠清、庆尚、全南地区口腔卫生学专业学生中抽取250名有临床实践经验的口腔卫生学专业学生，对同意填写的学生进行问卷调查。结果:口腔卫生专业学生学校生活倦怠的影响因素在积极心理资本、专业满意度和临床实践压力方面存在显著的相关关系，解释力为37.5%。结论:为控制口腔卫生生学校生活耗竭的影响因素，有必要制定提高专业满意度和积极心理资本、减少临床实践压力、减少学校生活耗竭的心理教育方案。
