Abstract
For the sake of reducing the computational burden and improving the robustness of the machine control system, an enhanced deadbeat control method based on model predictive flux control (MPFC) and a reduced order disturbance observer (RODO) is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the mathematical model of the permanent magnet synchronous machine (PMSM) is established based on static coordinate $\alpha-\beta$. The reference stator flux and voltages are intuitively tracked based on deadbeat control principle. Then, the reference voltage vectors (VVs) are used to construct the function. Based on this, the candidate voltage vectors are quickly determined in the three-vector method. Finally, to observe the lumped disturbances caused by parameter mismatch and make further compensation, a RODO is utilized. The robustness of the drive performance is enhanced with the use of less parameters and easier parameter tuning. The simulation is conducted and the results validate the robustness of the proposed predictive model.
