Abstract

Training and motivation have an important role for organization or company in achieving its goals. If managed well, they can improve employee performance. This study aims to determine the correlation between: (1) training intensity with employe performance; (2) achievement motivation with the employe performance; and (3) training intensity and achievement motivation on the employe performance. The method used in this research is associative research method, with product moment correlation analysis and regression analysis.
