A simplified equivalent circuit has been composing, which is described by the corresponding equations. A quantitative assessment of the achieved effect is carried out, expressed through the coefficient of efficiency. The dependences of the efficiency factor of the entire device are obtained, which allow us to estimate the range of effective work. Abstract
The limitations of galvanic isolations using optocouplers at elevated operating temperatures are described. Electronic key used as a high-speed threshold element with galvanic isolation- an electronic relay for monitoring the state of devices in semiconductor converters are proposed.
