Abstract

The limitations of galvanic isolations using optocouplers at elevated operating temperatures are described. Electronic key used as a high-speed threshold element with galvanic isolation- an electronic relay for monitoring the state of devices in semiconductor converters are proposed. A description of the operation of the electrical schematic diagram of an electronic key with galvanic isolation has been completed. A simplified equivalent circuit has been composing, which is described by the corresponding equations. A quantitative assessment of the achieved effect is carried out, expressed through the coefficient of efficiency.
