The chosen method is the deductive one, by means of a qualitative-bibliographical research through the reading and analysis of articles, books, and doctrines related to the proposed theme. There is a transmission of words of order, and this transits from one enunciation to another, either within each one where, when performing an act, it is performed within the proposition? Abstract

The present work deals with the agenciamentos and how they work through written and spoken language and, consequently, form collectives of languages, documents, and regulations. The objective of this research is to understand how these groups compose themselves and provoke a mechanical approximation of actions and these turn into multiplicities by collecting units, producing linguistic mixtures to the point of formalizing the idea of topic and rhetoric and their proficuity in legal discourse.
