Development of automated information: analytical energy management system

Abstract

The paper presents the method of development of the automated information -analytical energy management system. It was being analyzed some of existing approaches for implementation of energy efficiency programs in municipal sector. Analytical results of energy efficiency survey on example of municipal formation of the Belgorod region - Graivoronsky area have been presented. Based on these data it has been suggested the best ways to implement automated system for energy management in public sector. Prospective methods of intended interaction between users of all levels have been described. In conclusion, it is showed the necessity of applied approach for effective management of consumed resources.
