From the results of the experimental data obtained, it follows that with an increase in the depth of occurrence of oil-bitumen rocks, a decrease in the molecular weight from 543 to 504 a.m.u is observed. In the elemental composition of natural bitumen of the studied deposit, the carbon content varies from 81.3 to 83.1% by weight, while a clear pattern of dependence of the carbon content on the depth of occurrence has not been established. A similar pattern is observed in terms of hydrogen content (from 9.2 to 11.0% by weight). The sulfur content is from 2.4 to 4.5% by weight. Abstract
