Abstract

What prompted me to participate in your esteemed conference is: - Theme: Ideologies and Genocide: The Religious Factor - Which is first: shedding light on a delicate and a sensitive topic, namely: Who fulfills applying general rules to individual case and what impact it has on societal peace, to know the causes of the emergence of extremist ideas and ways to treat them, because what Humankind in general, and countries with different religions, sects, and minorities in particular, is experiencing from dispersal, scattering and spilling the blood of its components. It is only one of the causes of erroneous diligence in understanding the religious text and error in the mechanism of application of texts in issues over which there are various sects and intellectual trends. And its development, made life in renewal and expansion, and calamities abounded and a renewed vision of the facts, and these issues and developments can only be broadcast through correct diligence and there is no correct diligence except by achieving a correct framework, to limit the deviation of ideas and the emergence of groups like ISIS and those who follow their path.
