Abstract

This paper is about leadership in today’s digital age. Leadership is different from authority, because by authority or force a senior can get a limited output, but by motivating and leading a leader gets unlimited output. In today’s digital edge, the tools alter, but basic remains same-the first step is having common sense and a good heart.
