Multilayer integrated circuits of microwave filters and diplexers based on low-temperature baked ceramics

Abstract

Multilayer integrated circuits using low temperature baked ceramics technology are considered as applied to design of microwave filters and diplexers for telecommunications. Original designs of filters with additional transmission zeros and a diplexer for IMT-2000 handset are reported.
