As a result, Satisfaction in Clinical Practice of nursing college students indicated the existence of a significant static correlation with Critical Thinking Disposition and Nursing Professional Values. And significant static correlations were found between Critical Thinking Disposition and Nursing Professional Values. Abstract

护生临床实习中批判性思维倾向、护理专业价值观与满意度的关系

本研究旨在探讨影响护理大学生临床实践满意度的因素，以及批判性思维倾向、护理专业价值观与护理大学生临床实践满意度之间的关系。本研究采用结构化问卷法对两所大学护理系四年级本科生进行描述性研究。对收集到的数据进行分析，使用SPSS/WIN 22.0。采用t检验、方差分析(ANOVA)分析被试一般特征在批判性思维倾向、护理专业价值观和临床实践满意度方面的差异，后验采用schsamuffe检验，Pearson相关系数、多元回归分析。结果表明，护理大学生临床实践满意度与批判性思维倾向、护理职业价值观存在显著的静态相关。批判性思维倾向与护理职业价值观之间存在显著的静态相关。影响临床实习满意度的因素主要有护理职业价值观和宗教信仰。
