The Study of Improving Makeup Tools and the Influence of Messy Dressing Room

Abstract

Through the long-term observation, some of those who need to reapply makeup on the campus would have the bad experience because of the dirty restroom and the risk of invisible germs; furthermore, the experience decreases those users' willingness to reapply makeup. Therefore, this research tries to improve their user experience by establishing a series of experiment, focus group and interview to collect a couple of advices in order to design a product prototype.
