Abstract
The construction of an integrated base for inspection, storage and distribution of power materials is an effective measure to optimize the efficiency of the power supply chain and reduce transportation costs and time costs. However, significant challenges were encountered in building such an integrated base due to the poor shape regularity of power materials, large weight span, and low utilization rate of warehouses.
