The operation of the proposed system is based on persistence of vision phenomenon that is specific to the human eyes. This approach allows achieving a higher equivalent resolution in displaying complex messages and images using less number of LEDs in comparison with classical displays. Abstract
In this paper is presented the design and the implementation of an innovative control system intended to be used in displays consisting in a rotating bar with multiplexed array of light emitting diodes (LEDs).
