Since the optimum NP detector is impossible to realize at the practical situations, we also introduce the GLRT-based adaptive detector. Abstract
In this paper, we first introduce the definition of spherically invariant random vector (SIRV) and then give the representation of Weibull distribution by SIRV and two detection algorithms for Weibull clutter.
