Optical Coherence Tomography Angiography (OCT) was performed at the initial and final visits. Visual acuity, Pattern and multifocal electroretinography (PERG, MFERG) were performed before and at 1,2,3,6 months after intravitreal injection.\n\nResults: There was no clinical significant reduction of parameters of either MFERG or PERG after intravitreal injection of ranibizumab. There was significant increase in visual acuity, decrease in central macular thickness ,decrease in total macular volume and improvement in the parameters of both PERG and MFERG after intravitreal injection.\n\nConclusion: Intravitreal injection of ranibizumab is effective in treatment CNV and safe. 雷尼单抗治疗脉络膜新生血管后的电生理研究
目的:研究雷尼单抗玻璃体内注射对脉络膜新生血管的视网膜电图(PERG)和多灶视网膜电图(MF-ERG)参数的影响,并检测雷尼单抗的视网膜毒性。方法:对50例中央凹下脉络膜新生血管患者50只眼进行研究。30只眼有新生血管性年龄相关性黄斑变性(nAMD), 20只眼有近视脉络膜新生血管。雷尼单抗每月在玻璃体内注射,持续3个月。在首次和最后一次就诊时进行光学相干断层扫描血管造影(OCT)。分别于玻璃体内注射前、注射后1、2、3、6个月进行视力、晶状体图及多焦视网膜电图(PERG, MFERG)检查。结果:玻璃体内注射雷尼单抗后,MFERG或PERG参数均无临床显著降低。玻璃体内注射后,患者的视力明显提高,黄斑中央厚度减少,黄斑总体积减小,PERG和MFERG参数均有改善。结论:玻璃体内注射雷尼单抗治疗CNV有效且安全。由于perg和MFERG参数没有降低,它没有视网膜毒性。关键词:AMD;之初;PERG;MFERG
