Relevant Statistical Indicators on Review of Civil and Administrative Cases Expressed in Monetary Terms (Based on Some Official Statistic Data of 2016 to 2019, the First Six Months of 2020)

Abstract

The most popular indicators of civil proceedings in the courts of general jurisdiction are quantitative meters, which allow to analyze their number and categories. However, no less interest, from the point of view of the very essence of the civilistic process, is the construction of dynamic series reflecting the economic interests of its participants. Some general conclusions about the trends of the last three years can be realized in monetary equivalent.
