Abstract

Modern legal relations in the field of documentarization of legal proceedings are formed in the composition of electronic justice as a developing «unified technological platform», which creates current tasks for the near future. These include: the organization of monitoring the execution of the innovative norms and the creation of opportunities for their practical application in judicial proceedings, as well as further improvement of obsoletic legal regulation in order to ensure that it meets the needs of a dynamically evolving information society.
