PERFORMANCE VOCAL: INTERPRETAÇÃO E CORPO EM INTER-RELAÇÃO

Abstract

this article approaches vocal performance, pointing out the singer body as a technical and expressive resource. In addition, the article highlights the relation between body gesture of singer and the formal structure of the played piece. The interpretation concept is considered as an interdisciplinary creative process, where the interpreter personality, which is the result of their life history, should set relationship with the formal structure of the piece, in order to achieve a balanced interpretative result.
