Abstract

MTF is an important method to evaluate the quality of VR products, and the selection of target is of great significance to the measurement accuracy of MTF. In this paper, the influence of slit incline angle, width and machining accuracy on MTF measurement are analyzed. Controlling the inclination angle of the slit can accurately measure the imaging quality of VR/AR products and ensure the qualification rate of products.
