The History of Creation of Methods and Automated Support Systems for Public Administration

Abstract

This article is devoted to the history of the creation of methods and automated systems for supporting public administration. The projects Red Book and OGAS, works of domestic and foreign authors, digital government projects in the USA, Russia and other countries and their impact on the development of theory and practice of the digital state and the digital economy are considered.
