The article commences by emphasizing the significance of a well-designed personnel management system in the IT sector. It underscores the need for such a system to address the unique challenges and requirements specific to the industry. The key components of an effective system are discussed, encompassing job design, recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, and compensation and benefits. Training and development are deemed essential for nurturing employees’ skills and keeping pace with technological advancements. The article stresses the importance of providing continuous learning opportunities, mentoring programs, and career growth paths to foster employee engagement and development. The article explores effective performance management systems as a means of providing regular feedback, setting clear goals, and recognizing exceptional achievements.
