The results of the complementary analysis in the Chinese children's story book contained 23 data and were divided into five complementary Chinese classifications, namely, direction complement, result complement, degree complement, probability complement, and frequency complement. The analysis of the Mandarin language complement that has been found is expected to be a reference for readers which is used as a form mastery of learning Chinese syntax in the sentence formation section.
