Animating virtual humans using hand postures

Abstract

Interaction between human and computer has been used in a large scale in computer graphics and virtual reality. This paper presents a system to provide interaction between user and virtual humans. The system uses a data glove and an artificial neural network system responsible for the recognition of hand postures.
