Trends for the Use of Online Courses in the Educational Process of the Department of Physics of SSUGT

Abstract

The paper considers issues related to the use of digital educational technologies and the development of high-quality multimedia educational content when teaching Physics and other natural sciences at a university. First, we are talking about the distance education, in which the trend towards reducing the number of contact hours allocated to the study of these disciplines is strongest. To solve the related problems, it is proposed to use educational content presented as multimedia online courses. The development of such courses should be carried out using all the developments of modern pedagogical design and best practices of other educational institutions and organizations. Special attention should be paid to the quality of the content offered to students, including video lectures.
