Abstract

Success factors are a collection of skills that help define how effective performance looks. They define "how" someone does their job successfully. Success factors are useful for a variety of activities, including evaluating, training, interviewing, and managing one's career. Professional behavior delimits the coordinates within which a specific conduct of a profession is manifested. Thus, the successful exercise of a profession presupposes both an aptitude level and the development and expression at work of some personality traits.
