Abstract

The wide application of IEC61850 in smart substation improves the operation level of substation automation. However, due to its strong network dependence, once the communication is invaded, switch maloperation and data disorder will be caused which leading to other major accidents. This paper proposes a security protection scheme based on bilinear pairing for short signature identity authentication, which guarantees the confidentiality, integrity, availability and non-repudiation of information transmission in substation network using access authentication, communication encryption, legal release and illegal blocking. Moreover, the use of bilinear function to implement short signature authentication also improves the security of authentication and reduces the storage cost.
基于双线性函数的IEC61850智能变电站通信安全保护方案的设计与实现
