Abstract

In the power system, a variety of techniques can be used to collect data, and it is hard for people to choose the best one. To solve this problem, we use a method to select and evaluate those communication techniques in the paper. We build a model based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and basic theory of the triangular fuzzy number (TFN).
