To solve this problem, we use a method to select and evaluate those communication techniques in the paper. We build a model based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and basic theory of the triangular fuzzy number (TFN). With the evaluation system, we establish triangular fuzzy judgment matrix and use the traditional AHP method to calculate the weight of the evaluation factors. Finally, we prove that Power Line Carrier is the best one of those communication techniques. The model can effectively integrate group opinions to get the final selection.
