Research on Knowledge Transfer of Automobile Manufacturing Industry Affecting Supply Chain Performance

Abstract

This paper makes researches on knowledge transfer among enterprises on the supply chain nodes affecting supply chain performance, and constructs a knowledge transfer model of supply chain, containing knowledge, knowledge potential energy, intellectual capital and supply chain performance as the main affecting factors. Hypothesis testing on the theoretical model is made by normative empirical analysis, whose research data are mainly from automobile manufacturing industry.
