Simplified 3-Dimensional Ridge Augmentation Using A Tenting Abutment

Abstract

s Vertical bone defects present a challenge for the placement of implants with a successful treatment outcome. This case report describes the utilization of tenting abutments as tenting poles for preventing collapse of bone graft during healing period in order to achieve vertical bone gain.
