Zun follows the modern vocational education concept of \"building morality, facing everyone, and lifelong education\". According to the needs of the development of tourism and accommodation industry for compound and innovative talents and the needs of students' individual career development, the talent training objectives and curriculum system are dynamically adjusted. Therefore, it is necessary to innovate hotel management work in time, so as to make it occupy an important position in the increasingly competitive market environment. This paper mainly focuses on the reform of entrepreneurial talents training mode in higher vocational colleges. Abstract

酒店管理教育与高校创新创业教育的融合
目前酒店管理专业的传统课程体系以专业技术与技能课程为核心课程,培养现代酒店经营管理的基本知识和服务技能,具备现代酒店行业所需的应用型一线专业人才。然而,目前高职院校创新创业教育的研究和实践大多集中在“创业教育”和“专业教育”各自的领域,创新创业教育与专业、学科之间普遍存在疏离现象。秉承“立德、面向人人、终身教育”的现代职业教育理念。根据旅游住宿行业发展对复合型、创新型人才的需求和学生个人职业发展的需要,动态调整人才培养目标和课程体系。因此,有必要及时创新酒店管理工作,使其在竞争日益激烈的市场环境中占据重要地位。本文主要探讨高职院校创业型人才培养模式的改革。只有学与思相结合,知行合一,因材施教,才能有效实现创业教育的目标。
