Abstract

Dual-side LCC has been widely adopted in wireless power transfer (WPT) system due to its constant output current characteristic. In this paper, a new duty cycle control strategy based on dual-side LCC resonant converter is proposed. Under this control strategy, gate signals of the primary and secondary side don’t need synchronization, reducing system complexity and cost. Besides, working modes analysis based on duty cycle control strategy is presented, and an average modeling is performed. The viability of the control strategy has been validated by simulation and experimental results.
