Abstract

This work focuses on the fabrication of transparent piezoelectric transducers on glass substrates for ultrasonic actuation. Transparent Lead Titanate Zirconate (PZT) thin films are grown on glass following a sol-gel route and InterDigital Electrodes (IDE) patterned by photolithography.
