Abstract
We are on the brink of a new era in flexible semiconductor devices. Outstanding devices, such as a fingerprint sensor (FPS) and an active-matrix electrophoretic display (AM-EPD), are fabricated on a plastic sheet, using thin film transistor (TFT) technology.
