In this context, innovation is a key factor for competitiveness. To do this, organizational learning is crucial to boost the creation of new products and services. This article presents the importance of knowledge management in an organizational environment in order to increase the stock of knowledge, the basis for the creation of idea and implementation of innovation. It is postulated that the facilitation of interaction among employees increases organizational learning, which in turn increases the stock of knowledge through knowledge sharing. The study was conducted in the environment of a technological incubator of a university with its incubated companies. One of the biggest challenges perceived in the study was the use of knowledge and mutual collaboration between incubated for leveraging individual businesses.
