The application of non parametric regression and smoothing methods on radio measurements leads to interesting results, allowing the amelioration of radio resource management (RRM). Thus, we elaborate a dynamic estimator of the attenuation components (pathloss, shadowing and fast fading). We also propose ameliorations in the handover procedure using smoothing splines method. Abstract
