Abstract
This paper discusses the concept, level, and the teaching process of hybrid learning, and elaborates MOOCs and their features. Hybrid learning strategies are discussed. Based on flipped classroom, a hybrid learning strategy is proposed, where the design model are elaborated. An empirical research method is applied.
