First, there is a significant difference between importance and performance in teaching competency, confirming the need for improvement. In particular, it showed high demand in instruction competency related to e-learning and major classes, teaching strategy related to learner participation-centered instruction, strategy on evaluation and feedback, and content knowledge. On the other hand, in terms of the competence for instructional design and analysis and organizational value practice, the difference between importance-performance level and the demand was at the lowest level. Abstract

新冠肺炎后,对大学教师教学能力的认知与需求——以菲律宾为例
