A Muslim Response to Domestic Violence

Abstract

Abstract This Khutba seeks to educate the faithful about domestic violence with two emphases: that domestic violence exists in Muslim families and that this conduct by a husband is contrary to the teachings of the Quran. It also addresses the important role of the Imam in raising these issues within the community.
