Abstract

In order to reduce carbon emissions, this paper proposes a steel industrial low carbon development model. Firstly, the paper analyses the current situation and bottlenecks in the development of electric arc furnace (EAF) short process steelmaking in China, then the integrated energy system for typical steel industrial community is constructed, and the carbon reduction potential of the steel industry in different contexts by constraining the proportion of EAF steel in the community is explored. The case study shows that the development of EAF short processes can reduce the daily operating costs of the community while reducing carbon emissions, and that increasing the proportion of EAF steel production can contribute to the carbon neutrality goal.
碳峰值中和目标下典型行业综合能源系统的潜力——以电弧炉短流程炼钢为例*
