The research data were analyzed quantitatively using path analysis. Abstract

This study aims to analyze 1) the effect of pedagogic competence and professional competence on teachers’ work motivation, 2) the effect of pedagogic competence and professional competence on students’ learning achievement, 3) the effect of teachers’ work motivation on students’ learning achievement, and 4) the effect of pedagogic competence and professional competence on students’ learning achievement through teachers’ work motivation. 从教师工作动机分析教学胜任力与专业胜任力对学生学习成绩的影响
本研究旨在分析1)教师能力和专业能力对教师工作动机的影响,2)教师能力和专业能力对学生学习成就的影响,3)教师工作动机对学生学习成就的影响,4)教师工作动机通过教师工作动机对学生学习成就的影响。本研究采用在线问卷作为数据收集工具的调查研究方法。本研究使用的抽样技术是非概率抽样,即总抽样的类型。本研究样本为印度尼西亚中爪哇省苏科哈霍县公立高中经济学教师,共30名。采用通径分析法对研究数据进行定量分析。根据研究和讨论的结果,研究者得出结论:1)教学能力和专业能力对教师的工作动机有显著的正向影响;2)教师能力和专业能力对学生学习成绩有显著的正向影响;(3)教师工作动机对学生学习成绩有显著的正向影响;4)教师工作动机对学生学习成绩有显著影响,教师工作动机对学生学习成绩有显著影响。
