Mechanism of Interconnected Management of Development of Networks and Platforms of the Internet of Things on the Basis of Evaluation of Synergetic Efficiency

Abstract

The necessity and scheme of the mechanism of interconnected management of the development of telecommunications infrastructure and the Internet of things based on measuring synergistic effectiveness are substantiated. The article reveals the essence of the synergy of the effectiveness of the interconnected development of infrastructure communications and digital technologies projects, which can be taken into account using the methodology of integrated expert assessment in light of the various forms and directions of the manifestation of the socio-economic effect. The possibilities of applying the results of the synergistic effectiveness of communication networks and Internet of things platforms to implement the mechanism of interconnected management are revealed.
