Simple, multiple, hierarchical regression analysis was conducted for empirical analysis. Results : Abusive supervision behavior has a positive effect on job burnout and service sabotage. Job burnout has a positive effect on service sabotage. Emotional intelligence has a moderating effect, and job burnout has a mediating effect.
