Abstract

Purpose : The purpose of this study aimed was to explore the following: 1) the relationships between abusive supervision behavior, job burnout, and service sabotage; 2) the relationship between job burnout and service sabotage; 3) the moderating effect of emotional intelligence and mediating effect of job burnout. Research design, data, methodology : Online questionnaires were conducted on convention industry workers in Seoul, and 208 valid samples were used for analysis.
