This sends an SMS automatically which contains the GPS coordinates and other information including the color of the car, the car’s brand and the registered plate number among other things. From the testing of the device, the auto-crash emergency locator has an SMS send-time of 15 to 20 seconds and GPS time-to-first-fix of 15 to 30 seconds and the GPS accuracy of less than 100 meters.
